The High Commission of the Republic of Rwanda in Canada is pleased to announce a career opportunity for an IT and Communication Officer. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to Rwanda’s diplomatic presence in Canada, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, and Haiti, as well as ICAO, while supporting community engagement and promoting Rwanda’s international image.

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with strong communication and technical skills, capable of managing digital platforms, designing outreach strategies, and providing IT support. The successful candidate will play a vital role in connecting the High Commission with Rwandans in its jurisdiction and strengthening bilateral relations.
