The Rwanda High Commission DOES NOT process payment by cash, credit/debit  payments. All fees are payable to "Rwanda High Commission" ONLY by money order (from Canada Post) or certified bank cheque. 

NOTE: All applications must be submitted with a proof of payment (i.e. Payment receipt, payment confirmation, cash deposit receipt from your bank, transfer receipt from your bank.

Please note all payments made to the Rwanda High Commission are non-refundable.
