The Rwanda High Commision in Canada wishes to announce to Rwandans living in Canada, Dominican Republic, Cuba and Haiti, that the Embassy is now issuing consular cards. • Applicants must upload a Rwandan identification document (ID or Passport)
• Applicants must have a recommendation from the leadership of the Rwanda Community Abroad in their city. Refer to RCA list.
• After signing up and applying for the consular card, you will receive its DIGITAL copy via email and in your account on the new application portal once your application is approved.

The Embassy wishes this to inform that moving forward, all Rwandans seeking consular services can also provide a copy of their consular cards for Rwandans who do not have a Rwandan ID nor passport.
