This service is available on Irembo. Go to Foreign affairs Consular services, Request for Tax Exemption of personal belongings of Rwandans returning home from abroad.

The requirements:

1. Proof of Residence in Foreign country / consular card
2. Proof of Rwandan citizenship
3. List of personal belongings to be exempted
4. In case of vehicle is included, vehicle's yellow card / copy of last card insurance certificate/ copy of vehicle registration
5. Proof of Lading
