Life certificate: Required documents must be sent to the Rwanda High Commission via Mail or in person
- The applicant must come in person to the High Commission or provide an application letter addressed to the High Commissioner signed by Public Notary certifying that the applicant is alive and bring the following documents
- A copy of the residence permit or a copy of valid status in Canada
- Copy of Rwandan passport/ID (if the applicant is a Rwandan national)
- Tariff: 35$ CAD; payable to "Rwanda High Commission" by money order (from Canada Post) or certified bank check
