Certifying Rwandan Driving License: Requirements are to be sent by email to ottawaconsul@minaffet.gov.rw
You are instructed to send the following in a single email, any missing documentation.
- Formal email requesting the High Commission to certify your Rwandan driving license.
- A copy of legal canadian document indicating your status in Canada ( Permanent resident card, work/study permit, Canadian passport)
- For Rwandan nationals: A Copy of Rwandan ID (if the applicant is a Rwandan national)
- For Foreign nationals: A Copy of passport / A copy of Foreign Rwandan Identity card.
- Copy of driver's license
- Fee: 35$ CAD; payable to "Rwanda High Commission" by money order (from Canada Post) or certified bank cheque
- Before you send the Money order, scan it and send the scanned copy as a separate attachment in the same email and make sure to combine all PHOTO IDENTIFICATION documents (mentioned from 2-5) requested into one single pdf.
- You MUST fill the form below, print and send it along with your Money order via Mail/Post.
