Parent(s) must send via email an email requesting this service. Below are the requirements

• You can register newborns under 1 month and over one month and all minors below 16 years of age.
• Prsent ID of child if possible
• Each of the parents must attach a copy of  both their Rwandan identity documents and federal Canadian ID.
• Parents must present a copy of authenticated copy of birth certificate from Canada.
