Parent(s) must send an email (ottawaconsul@minaffet.gov.rw) requesting this service. Below are the requirements

• You can register all minors below16 years of age.
• Copy of Child's Passport (Canada), if applicable.
• Each of the parents must attach a copy of  both their Rwandan identity documents and Canadian (Passport or PR Card or Permit-Work/Study).
• Parents must present a copy of birth certificate from Canada with Apostille.
